Maam,sir, ako po si jenefer alipoyo bale po 4months na ako sa kuwait nokng first month ko po gusto ko na umalis dito sa employer ko at magpabhatid sa agency pero ayaw nila ako pabalikin delayed polage ang sahod at nag away po kami ng amo ko ngayon request na naman ako na bumalik sa agency pero ang rason nila di daw pwede kasi di na maibbalik ang pera na ginastos nila sa akin.. ibbenta nalang daw nila ako sa ibang agency nattakot po ako pls po pakitulungan po ako nasa jeleeb shoyoukh po Ko now ..salamT lo
Good Day everyone.
I would like to ask you good office if you can help my wife, my wife is working as a Domestic Helper in Jabriyaah, Kuwait City for 3 months now, her first salary was sent by her employer to me worth 15,647.85 in Philippine Currency which cover from January 4 to February 4, Her salary from February 4 to April 4 which equivalent to 2 months was not release to her by her employer for the reason that it was the payment of my wife to her employer for the ICAMA Residency amounting to 200Kd in which it was not stated in the contract now her employer told her that they will going to return her 2 months’ salary only if she can reach 1 year in serving them, what if they will not give it to her because there will no signed agreement between my wife and her employer, it is not worthy for my wife suffering too much work, her agency based in Jabriyaah know about this but on my dismay no action about this and they just ok with them and another one, my wife is complaining that whenever they leave the house they padlocked it and leaving my wife inside and cannot go out because the key is with them, what if there is a fire? So, my wife will be burn to death.
I am hoping forward that you will take action on this as soon as possible, because I know that you are a person with full of love in your heart.
