January 22,2015 we arrive in Malaysia,January 27 I just started working in one Fine Dine Resto at Solares Mont Kiara..February 13 morning between 11:00am to 12:00 noon,our boss accompanied me to the clinic for the anti typhoid vaccine,after having vaccine I saw my boss parked his car on the other side of the road…I try to checked if theres a crossbridge for pedistrians but unfortunately there is none..next thing I looked at is the traffic light I found out that was stop for all vehicles then I tried to cross the road quickly as I seen a guy crossing also…unluckyly when I reach in the middle of the lane I saw a very fast car and it hits my left leg my TIBIA has been brooke cut off came out…helplessly I really shout out of pain and push my self to crawl for me not to be killed and be hit again..until I reached the center isle..There I keep on shouting asking for God’s mercy and shouting for help…my boss and other people some are filipina as I heard there voices trying to help me called the rescue etc..I been confined in HKL for lessthan a month..all expenses has been charged for my personal insurance..wheelchair and clutches will be deducted on my salary as soon as i’ll go back to work. Now I am waiting until my bone (tibia) healed..and the inplant plate will be removed..As member of OWWA am I entitled to get any benefits due to temporary disablement? Do I have any legal rights to get compensation from the driver of the car? Is there any help that our Respectable and good Office of The Philippine Embassy here in Malaysia can do for a poor Overseas Filipino like me? I am praying that may our loving God touch your heart and send you the spirit of Love to serve your fellow Filipinos abroad.0173626703
